Another fantastic wedding in one of the most stunning venues I’ve seen as a wedding photographer.
Château Rhianfa is a French-style castle looking over Snowdonia on the island of Anglesey in North Wales. The front wall is also guarded with a red dragon that occasionally spits out smoke.
Chelsea and John chose Anglesey to get married because it has been their first choice holiday destination (also mine) for many years. A short trip to St Mary’s Church in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll for the ceremony in the pouring rain and we were back at the château where the weather went from grey and wet to a beautiful blue sky and and sun. Perfect for the drink reception in the garden.
Later we took a short walk to the end of the garden which led straight onto the rocky shore of the Menai Strait for some natural relaxed portrait photos.
I hope you enjoy my selection of photographs of Chelsea and John’s big day at Chateau Rhianfa. If you are planning your big day in this fairytale castle, do not hesitate to contact me. I would love to go back!
