Manchester Northern Quarter Engagement Shoot

Engagment shoot in front of The Horsfall at 42nd Street

As a Manchester wedding photographer, I love exploring the city and finding new hidden spots. The Northern Quarter is an ideal place for an engagement shoot. The buildings are covered in colourful street art making it an ideal background for natural yet striking portraits.

Drew and Jonny are getting married in a couple of days in Manchester City Centre and to celebrate their engagement, I met them in Northern Quarter for a pre-wedding photoshoot. It was a great opportunity for them to get used to the camera and discuss their plans for the big day.

Natural Portrait Photography in Northern Quarter

We started our engagement session in Northern Quarter. My inner hipster felt at home surrounded by this creative neighbourhood full of indie bars and quirky buildings.

Natural Portraits in Ancoats

Drew and Jonny know Ancoats very well which is only a short walk away from the Northern Quarter. I asked them to show me their favourite spots including The Cutting Room Square.
