Lancashire Wedding Photographer

I’m Thomas, a documentary wedding photographer based in Stockport. Lancashire is well within my regular patch, with most venues across the county within an easy drive from me.

My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive throughout. I’m there to photograph your wedding as it actually happens, not to direct it. By the end of the day you’ll have a genuine record of how it felt rather than a set of posed shots that could have been taken anywhere.

Lancashire has a strong wedding venue scene. There are grand historic halls, country house hotels, rural barn venues, and estate settings that give a wedding day real character. The county also has some of the most distinctive landscapes in the North West, from the Forest of Bowland to the Ribble Valley, which makes for a varied and interesting backdrop depending on where you end up.

Couples who choose Lancashire venues tend to know what they want and have usually put a lot of thought into the setting. That tends to produce good weddings to photograph.
